ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

The Delegate Services have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tallinn for the Congress.

Please note that the discounted prices below ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. 
Hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. All the dates can be found in the hotel descriptions.

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
Should an error occur during the booking process, please e-mail the Delegate Services at eurbee10@publicon.ee.

All prices are in euros per room per night and including breakfast. Single room max. occupancy is one person, double/twin room occupancy is max. two persons. Payments can be made only by credit card.

Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the bookable period or need a different room type (allergy free for example), please send your request
via email to eurbee10@publicon.ee.

Please also note that the confirmation letter also serves as a voucher for the hotel.  We will not send out any additional confirmation e-mail or voucher.
The Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event, therefore you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you.

Hestia Hotel Ilmarine is situated 290 metres from Tallinn’s Old Town.

It features rooms with satellite TV, a safe, seating area and a free internet connection. Each room of the hotel features a classic, pastel coloured interiors. All include air-conditioning and have a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Guests are welcome to use the Hestia Hotel Ilmarine fitness room free of charge.

The Estonian Maritime Museum is 270 metres from the hotel. The Balti Jaam Railway Station is within 850 metres. Raekoja Plats and Tallinn Town Hall are only 900 metres away.

In 2018, we made a conscious decision to enhance our environmental efforts by installing beehives on our rooftop. With a total of six hives on our roof, each capable of accommodating up to 60,000 bees, we can host up to 360,000 bees altogether. The honey harvested from these hives will be served during breakfast to our guests, offering them a taste of our sustainable efforts. Additionally, guests have the opportunity to take home this honey as a unique souvenir of their stay with us.
